When will I receive my journal?

Journal orders are processed within 5-7 business days when in stock and shipping can be 3-5 days depending on location.
My journal has not arrived. Can I cancel my order?

All orders will be processed in the order that they are placed. If journals are out of stock, feel free to submit a back in stock request via the item listing to be notified immediately when they restock. We do understand that you are excited to begin your healing journey however if you choose to cancel, please email hello@lestarcofer.com with your concerns.
What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are accepted via PayPal or Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.
Do you accept bulk orders?

Do you offer anything special for nonprofits?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount to nonprofits for journals or services. Please email proof of nonprofit status to hello@lestarcofer.com for special offers.
